Aloha Cut + Cloth is seeking individuals to join our Production Team. The right candidate has experience in sewing and will have excellent attention to detail, can follow detailed instructions with limited supervision and has excellent time management skills. Production Team members construct garments and other soft goods according to clients’ specifications and needs from start to finish.

The duties of this role include, but is not limited to:

• Constructs garments and other soft goods according to clients’ specifications and preferences.
• Uses sewing instructions provided by customers to trace patterns, cut fabric and sew fabric to complete finished products.
• Sews buttons, zippers, pockets, linings and padding when necessary.
• Communicates with the co-founders to understand clients’ needs and preferences, and to ensure product delivery deadlines are met.
• Uses irons and pressing machines to erase the creases on garments and other articles.
• Organizes and labels completed goods for customer pick up.
• Physical requirements: Role involves standing or sitting for extended periods of time while using equipment, must be able to lift and move heavy objects (20 pounds or more).
